Privacy policy
JobsiteForm is a job-site reporting and photo-proof app for trades and construction firms.
Data we collect: your email address and password (encrypted) for your account; your company name; the sites, reports, signatures and photos you save; for each proof photo, the date, time and GPS position when it was taken, if you allow it; the emails or phone numbers of people you invite to a site.
Use: only to run the service (show your data, build your PDFs, share the links you create). No ads, no data sales, no ad tracking.
Sharing: your data is visible only to you, to the people you invite to a site, and to the recipients of the client links you send.
Hosting: database and files at Supabase (Canada), website at Vercel. Payments are processed by Stripe (JobsiteForm never sees your card number). Dictated text is sent to Anthropic to be cleaned up and is not used to train models. Files are private and served through short-lived signed links.
Face ID and camera: face recognition is handled by your phone and JobsiteForm has no access to it; the camera and location are used only for the photos you take.
Deletion: in the app, Settings → Delete my account immediately erases your account and all your data. Reports and proofs are sealed and cannot be changed while the account exists.
