Terms of service and refund policy
JobsiteForm is an online service for job-site reports and photo proof, for trades and construction firms, operated by JobsiteForm.com.
Trial and subscription: every account gets a 14-day free trial, no card required. After that, JobsiteForm Pro costs USD 49 per month per company, whole team included. It is paid by card through Stripe and renews every month until canceled.
Cancellation: anytime, in Settings → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the month already paid; no further charge is made. Your data stays readable after the subscription ends.
Refunds: if you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, started months are not refunded, except for a billing error or an extended outage on our side.
Your data: you own your reports and photos. You are responsible for what you save and share. Reports are sealed (cannot be edited) to keep their value as proof; corrections are made as amendments.
Dictation: dictated text may be cleaned up by an AI service (Anthropic); review it before sending. The original stays available.
Availability: we do our best to keep the service available at all times, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
